Cycling/Bike Racing Background: Started 2004 Spin/cycle Instructor:  Over 13 yrs experience coaching/teaching spin and cycle classes.  Started 2005. Over 12 year experience as a bike racer as a Cat3/4 and Cat2 racer in criteriums, stage races and TTs across the USA.

2010 Flantlandia Kermesse Road Race: 2nd place Wcat3/4

2010 Gapers Block Criteriums 3 days: 3rdplace, 2nd place 1st place.

2015 USA Duathlon ALL AMERICAN AWARD top 10% in my AG 45-49 ranking

2016 TEAM USA ITU Duathlon World Championship Aviles, Spain. Placed 8th in my AG 45-49 in the world.

Retired from bike racing end of 2016. Started a NEW journey in “SKYRUNNING” and trail running.

2018 Sept The RUT RACE in Big Sky, MO completed VK, 28k 50K 3 days.
