Private Coaching for Athletes

Private Coaching is the highest level of service that we offer. If you are looking to hit your next PR or qualify for any cycling, triathlon or running championship private coaching is for you.

When you work privately with one of our INTENT Coaches you will receive a completely custom training plan, skill assessments, testing, data analysis, nutrition coaching and race strategy. We hit on every aspect of what it takes to be a successful athlete.

Personal Training for Weight Loss and General Fitness

We understand that staying on track when you are trying to lose weight and get in shape can be really tough.  Over the years so many people come to us struggling with how to understand what to eat and how to workout effectively. 

When you work with an INTENT Coach our first step is to understand you. We will assess your current level of fitness, personal schedule and goals followed by a custom workout and nutrition plan, constant support, motivation and accountability.

Meditation Instruction


Meditation has been proven to reduce stress, increase mental clarity. We offer personal and group meditation instruction so that you can learn the proper technique.
