What does living with INTENT mean to you?: A focus on self-improvement, pushing myself and hopefully finding my limits, working with and supporting teammates, and last but not least having fun doing all of the above.

The INTENT Team in One Word: Teamwork

Pre-Race Ritual: Probably getting to the venue too late to pre-ride the course and then scrambling to have someone fix my upside-down-pinned number.

When not training, I’m..I’m either on my daily grind building out payments infrastructure as a software engineer at Paypal or traveling to beaches, mountains, or cool cities with my wife.

What do you eat after a long ride or race?: Whatever is available! My pre-race ritual is Subway but after a long-ride or race I’m just focused on stuffing my face.

What made you choose to race with INTENT?: To be honest, I’ve always dabbled in road racing and when thinking about getting into it more I decided I needed a team that races as a team. I had several friends, one who is on the team and a couple who aren’t recommend INTENT. I’m really excited to be able to enter races and be racing for something bigger than my individual result (although I do care about that too).
